How we collect information about you
When you visit the NBCN Networks website, we collect your IP address and standard web log information, such as your browser type and
the pages you accessed on our website. If you become a customer we collect the following types of information from you:
- Contact information - your name, address, phone, email and other similar information.
- Financial information - the Direct Debit / Credit Card details required to collect payment from you.
We may also obtain information about you from third parties such as credit bureaus and identity verification services.
When you are using our Service, we collect information about your account transactions for accounting purposes only.
We only collect credit card information on a transaction by transaction basis and this information is only used to process the payment. The data collected is not stored electronically or in any other format by ourselves. Finally, we may collect additional information from or about you in other ways not specifically described here. For example, we may collect information related to your contact with our customer support team or store results when you respond to a survey.

To process your payments, we need to share some of your personal information with our payment processing partners (PAYPAL and Dataflow).

NBCN Networks will not sell or rent any of your personal information to third parties in the normal course of doing business and only shares your personal information with third parties as described in this policy.

You can request a copy of any information that we hold on file about you or your organisation by placing a request to support@nbcnnetworks.co.uk, outlining the information you require. NBCN Networks reserves the right to charge an administration fee of £20 to cover the cost of servicing your request.
