Shipping
As with our services and products, our shipping options are customised to each transaction.
We are able to ship to any destination un the UK and many overseas. We have a full range of
options from Royal Mail standard service through to International Overnight Airfreight.
Our standard delivery option is 3 days from dispatch. Please ask for details.
We insure all items and they are covered until such time as they are signed for at
the destination address. All incidences of goods damaged in transit must be documented
on the delivery note at time of receipt.
Collection & Returns
Due to the complex and bespoke nature of many of our offerings, goods or services
ordered cannot be cancelled once an order has been received in writing. NBCN Networks
will only accept returns of Faulty Goods within a products warranty period
(12 MONTHS UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED). Goods returned under this warranty will
be shipped at the customers expense. Of course, your statutory rights are not affected.
Any goods shipped to NBCN Networks Ltd remain at the risk of the dispatcher until signed
for at our premises.
NBCN Networks does not accept payment on delivery items.
